BFS Instructions for Record Card reporting - must read 

Attached is the instructions for properly completing the BFS (Bigger Faster Stronger) Record Card. You will be expected to properly and completely fill in your BFS Record Card each and everytime you work out in the Weight Room this off-season.

Our Goal this season is for each player to break at least 8 records per week. Therefore breaking at least 250 records between 1/4/10 and 8/16/10 (when two-a-days begin) as an individual player.

If each player breaks at least 8 records per week/breaking at least 250 records before we start two-a-days, then we as a team will break at least 9,000 records before two-a-days begin! What a great way to start our 2010 Season - will you do your share to break records this off-season? Can the team count on you? Or are you looking for the FREE Ride? Posted 12/30/09

SNFCA Awards Banquet 1.10.10 
Attached is the registration form for the SNFCA Award Banquet beiing held at Hudson Valley Resort. All players and family wishing to attend must pay $20.00 per person. Players being selected to the SNFCA All-Elite team will be honored and presented with their award that night. All Players are encouraged to attend to support your teammates who will be honored.

Registration forms must be mailed in to the High Falls adress with your payment prior to 1/6/10.

Burke Catholic Off-Season Running & Conditioning Workout 
Attached you will find the Burke Catholic Football Off-Season Running & Conditioning Workout. These workouts should be completed on your own. The Running & Conditioning Workout requires 4 days per week and alternates workouts from week to week. This is to be used in conjunction with the Running Tree listed seperately under the "Forms" Section. We will be reviewing and using this workout during our Speed & Conditioning Workouts throughout the off-season as a team. Revised 1/5/09
